Why choose Xero?

Xero is cloud based, this means you can access your data in real time at your convenience from wherever you are, providing you have an internet connection. You can obtain accurate up to date information about your financial position so that you can act upon decisions promptly based on your current cash flow.

Within Xero you can easily raise invoices, you can even leave that to us if you’re struggling for time, that way you can focus on generating more income for your business.

Using software like Xero makes your life so much easier, and ours too! We can help to chase outstanding invoices for you. We can set up template reminders to email your clients when their invoices are overdue. Cut out payment chasing, we can be your credit control! Xero can also integrate with your emails so that the email is sent from your business account and not through a Xero generated email address. This offers a more human touch when contacting your clients.

We can help to get you paid on time everytime by adding payment methods to your invoices such as Stripe and GoCardless. This makes it harder for your clients to miss a payment, by setting up a direct debit or paying by card.

Xero integrates with Hubdoc and AutoEntry which we use alongside to ensure that expenses do not get missed. By connecting Xero with this software and your bank feed it means that transactions are easily reconciled so we don’t have to go back and forth between ourselves to find out what the receipt relates to.

Xero is capable of so many different things and can integrate with an extensive range of apps.. If you’re not sure of what you can connect with Xero then just visit the
App Marketplace

The app marketplace is where you can discover the potential that Xero has to offer. You can  scroll through the categories, or if you know what you’re looking for you can type it into the search bar. Xero are progressing with this all the time, so it’s advisable to keep checking in with them if what you’re looking for isn’t available.

Xero are keeping ahead of the times and making consistent changes to ensure that their software is as up to date as possible with the latest features. This means that Xero can grow with your business.

If you’re not already using Xero but considering the transition from your current software then please get in touch, we would love to help support you.

If you are an existing user or use other bookkeeping software but you’re looking for bookkeeping support then we can make your bookkeeping as streamlined as possible to suit your requirements.
